The Hair Shake is a hair growth enhancer, and is best used with the capsules or with the topical range concurrently. To get the best results, our formulators recommend you add 1 scoop of Hair Shake to 250mls of cold milk, coconut milk, almond milk or water (or a combination of any of the aforementioned) and drink this daily at around 3:00pm. Yes, each of our products are powerful enough to be used on their own assuming your body is in a general healthy state and you aren’t on heavy medications or recovering from an operation (child-birth included). If you are generally prone to colds and flues, or you are on heavy medication or have had an operation you need additional support, and would highly recommend you take the Hair Shake and the Capsules together for a month and then proceed to use the capsules and the topical range as frequently as possible for best results.

If the hair loss you are experiencing is due to stress or medication, then our supplements will greatly assist in restoring balance within the body which will assist in reducing these 2 types of hair loss. Our products will not assist in genetic hair loss (balding). There are 2 types of hair found on the human body. The first is known as vellus hair; fine short modulated hairs coving much of the body surface. This hair is affected by hormone levels. Quick Grow contains no hormones or any substrates that affect or are linked to vellus hair. The second type of hair is known as terminal hair; thin long strands that grow in length and are found on your head and under arms, legs and pubic area. Quick Grow affects the speed of growth of these hairs only, but would not increase hair density – only the speed of the length of hair grown in these areas.
